I’ve always been fascinated by what makes brands and organizations truly come alive — the moment when product, people and purpose align and clarity emerges. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege to lead teams, shape organizations and drive transformation across international retail and consumer businesses.

At the center of my work is product, merchandising and vertical retail models — connecting customer demand, assortment strategy, buying and supply chain to drive commercial performance. I believe sustainable growth is created when product, brand and customer experience are consistently aligned across the entire value chain.

I’m at my best when working closely with leadership teams, helping them find focus, align around what truly matters and turn complexity into clear, actionable progress. I combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution — working side by side with teams to deliver tangible results.
