Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege to lead teams, shape structures and guide transformation across international retail and lifestyle brands.

What stayed with me more than anything are the people: their ideas, their energy and the impact they can create when they’re given clarity and confidence.
 

My career taught me that growth doesn’t start with a strategy deck — it starts with honest conversations, shared understanding and the courage to simplify. I’m at my best when working closely with leadership teams, helping them find focus, align around what really matters and turn complexity into something actionable.
